Analyst

The interview process was very straightforward and not at all taxing. First, the hr team corresponded with me through email. We arranged a zoom meeting. After this, I interviewed with the analyst that would mentor me during the internship. This seemed to be a culture-fit interview, but we briefly reviewed some of the internship expectations during the meeting. So two interviews in total. The work culture seems to be very relaxed, at least in the midwest region. If you are interviewing with this company, I would advise you to do some company research prior to both interviews and review the position summary. Should be a relatively easy process if you make it to this stage!
