CB Final Round

Had an initial phone interview with 2 bankers. Simple questions about why BMO, why CB, why Calgary. They asked me basic technicals like what is free cash flow, what makes a client creditworthy, etc.

Then the final round they asked me the same initial questions and then they asked me about where I think interest rates are going, creditworthiness of clients, what covenants on loans and bonds were, how oil and gas companies could manage the cyclicality of their business, and a few behavioural questions about managing deadlines and high-pressure.
