Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very straightforward and simple. 2 rounds. First round was a behavioral interview on Zoom with majority behavioral questions and 2 very basic financial accounting questions (how does revenue flow from I/S to Balance sheet). Behaviorals were basic, why BMO, why commercial banking, challenge, strengths, etc. Final round was a case study on Nike as a stock. Analyze the stock, its risks, the industry, and make a presentation on why you would or would not invest in it.
