Round 1 - Simple phone interview

Round 2 - in-person interview with an analyst and associate, about 1 hour, lots of fit questions, questions about the economy, stock pitch

Round 3 - in-person interview with the analyst and associate you'll be working with, this round will depend completely on what the analyst is like and what they want to know. a lot of fit questions and technical questions, same as round 2, a lot of emphasis on how you fit in the team

Round 4 - one hour skills test, content depends on the analyst. generally you get a news release and an hour to write a short research report. also a couple of questions where you have to find info from a company filing. short interview with the analyst critiquing your report.

Round 5 - take home skills test - build a financial model over the weekend at home and submit it electronically.
