Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I submitted my resume on my school's career site and got a first-round interview. It was a phone interview that asked me if I follow the markets, asked about current trends in stock markets (which is what I said I follow) then asked basic accounting questions such as questions about DCF's.
