Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Online first round with 1 person. The interviewer had a list of "reccomended questions". Asked some bond technicals (risks of a corporate bond, would you rather own x duration bond or y duration bond when interest rates go up, etc.). Asked for a pitch, and asked Q&A after. Sprinkled in basic behaviourals (tell me about a time when..., why bmo)
Online final round a week later with 2 other people. Heavy emphasis on past internships and club experience. Asked for a pitch again and usd/cad exchange rate.
Both times interviewers left ~10m for questions.
