What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
-Email request for the interview roughly 1 month after applying through OCR posting/university job board
-Interview was 2 days after getting the email
-First round 2x30min, behavioural and technical
-Fairly standard questions, nice interviewers willing to help out
-Superday scheduled for the next week, 3x30min; 2 behavioural 1 technical
-Slightly harder technical questions but not awful, behavioural is really looking for a good reason for banking and contingent on them "buying" your story
