Investment Banking Analyst

The interview was two rounds and very standard. I was from a non-target so I was interviewed a couple weeks after the target kids. It seemed like they knew exactly how many of us they were going to accept. I had two phone interviews, back-to-back. The questions were mostly fit, with a few technicals mixed in just to make sure I knew what I was talking about. The in-person interviews took place in their Chicago office, and it seemed like there were only a few of us there (maybe they just did a really good job hiding us from each other, but I got the feeling it was less than 10). I did my four interviews (three fit and one technical) and that was it. I was called two days later with the offer.
