Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I apply through our university campus for an investment banking intern position, and I was selected for an interview at BMO Capital Markets. The first interview was a phone interview that involved general questions about my past experiences and some technical questions. Afterwards, I got notification that I had proceeded to the second round of interviews in BMO's downtown Toronto office. There, I interviewed with two investment bankers in two 30-minute rounds, one technical and one behavioral.
