Investment Banking Analyst

First round interviews were with 2 of their analysts. It was mostly behavioral with a couple basic technical questions. Final round interviews are with 4 senior bankers. Some of them were nice, and some of them were nasty. Be sure to know your accounting well-- they like to give you hypothetical situations and ask how each of the 3 financial statements will be affected. They're most interested in making sure you understand the bigger picture, so make sure you are able to speak eloquently about each of the bullet points on your resume and explain the greater effects, reasoning, etc..
