1st round: 30-min phone screening with HR
2st round: panel interview with Director, VP, and analyst (a group of 3). Combined behaviour and technical questions, such as tell me how to build a project finance model, what needs to be consider in the construction phase, what impacts the equity IRR, what is the most important skill at work, how will you adopt to the fast pace of investment banking environment.
3rd round: case study given on Friday afternoon and to be submitted on Monday morning. A typical project finance with bond case.
