Investment Banking Summer Analyst

Met members of the team at various networking opportunities in the fall and received a first round interview on campus through OCR. The first round was with two bankers, an analyst and a vice president, who mostly asked basic fit questions as well as gauging interest in energy IB. Also seemed very interested in where else I was interviewing and what I thought of them and the competition. Accepted an interview to super day which consisted of a couple of hours worth of group interviews. They were generally 20-30 minutes and included some technicals and occasionally a brain teaser. Seemed like a very friendly group that enjoyed each other.
