Investment Banking Summer Analyst Intern

I go to a target school especially for Chicago banks so there was plenty of opportunity to network within the alumni network. In fact, in order to get a first-round interview, a good rule of thumb for BMO was to network with 3-4 people. I was then contacted by HR and asked to sign up for an interview time slot. My interview was a 30-minute phone interview with a 2nd-year analyst with a focus on behavioral and fit questions but with some technical questions.
