Middle Markets M&A Summer Analyst

Phone screener consisting of primarily behavioral questions. Very friendly and for about 30 minutes to see if I would be a good fit as a candidate for this role.

A month later I was notified I was selected for a first round interview which was held online with two people. This was purely behavioral as well, and lasted about 45 minutes.

A few weeks later I was notified regarding final round, which was a superday of 4 back to back 30 minute interviews. These were a mixture of behavioral and technical, and tried to gauge not only if I could reach the answer, but to walk through my thought process.

Overall this was a very enjoyable interview process, and I felt that the team was very welcoming and made this a great experience.
