1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I went to info session and coffee chat on campus. I definitely think they evaluate you in the coffee interview as a major requirement for attaining a campus interview. I connected immediately with both the associate in the chat and the VP in the campus interview. They then invited me to a super day in their nyc office. This consisted of 2 back to back 30 min interviews with an associate (technical questions) and a MD (behavioral).
