Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was given the interview through an employee referral. The first two interviews consisted of phone calls both with either a VP or Associate and the conversations were a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Communication with HR was easy and they did a great job at responding to me on time. After passing those, I was flown out (pre-covid) and met with four people for approximately 45 min each - VP or above. Two of the interviews were purely behavioral, one purely technical, and the last was an MD giving me thought exercises. The whole process lasted half the day and I interviewed with approximately 5 other people. I am a non-target, so this process was done after they had done on-campus recruiting (July superday).
