Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through handshake, networked with some alumni with the firm, and was invited to an on-campus in-person 2-on-1 interview.
I only made it to the first round, but they asked basic questions like "tell me about yourself," "tell me about a time you worked with a team, could not meet a deadline, dealt with ambiguity," and technicals consisted of a basic accounting question, walk through LBO, derive FCF from EBITDA, and simple valuation questions.
