Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had first round interview, all behavioral resume stuff, why ib, why BMO, easy phone screen. Heard back that I was going to superday the day before - literally they asked me to come in to NY the next day. 4 back to back 30 minute interviews with two analysts , an associate, and a VP. First interview was more behaviorals, they all asked about my resume and why IB, why BMO, and then a few technicals right off the bat. Depreciation, financial statements and some accounting.
