Summer Investment Banking Analyst

1. Application process was done through my university (top 5 business schools). 2. I was contacted over the phone for a 1st round in-person interview at the Toronto office about a week following the submission deadline. 3. 1st round consisted of 2 30 minute interviews with one associate in each interview. The first interview was behavioural and the second one was technical. 4. I was contacted for a Superday at the Toronto office a few days later. 5. Superday consisted of 4 interviews with one break in between, each was about 30 minutes in length. One was focused solely on technicals while the others were primarily behavioural. Interviewers varied from the analyst level to the VP level. 6. I was contacted for an offer a few hours later.
