1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had a coffee chat with a VP, then told him I applied and I assume he flagged me for an interview. First round was a mix of behavioral, basic technicals, and market questions with an associate. 2nd round was just technicals for 30 minutes basically every area of the 400 guide and some basic merger math at the end, did not get the SD.
