I interned at BMO the summer before and reached out to my hiring manager to see if there were any opportunities for full time. Someone I collaborated with the summer before was looking at building his team out and offered to interview me.

Interview
Phone interview with HR, then one interview with senior manager within the group I applied to. The final interview was conversational after 3-4 standard behavioral questions. Questions were nothing out of the usual (i.e. why our team, tell me about yourself...). I prepped a lot of specific and educated questions about the group I applied to, which occupied about 50% of the time.
Interview Questions
Overall, not a difficult interview at all. Purely behavioral with mostly situational type questions. They wanted to know how I worked with other people, managed conflicts, balanced opinions, and generally if I was personable and could speak intelligently about my experience.
