The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
The interview did not include any technical questions. All the questions were behavioral. The interview was done by company recruiters and not actual bankers. They were not very knowledgeable about the position. I heard back about the position within a week.
Interview Questions
There were no difficult questions. They didn't even ask a single finance question. I was prepared to walk them through a DCF or LBO. There were no brain teasers either. The questions they asked were the basic behavioral questions such as what is your greatest weakness and strength and what is a situation were you ran into a problem and how did you fix it. If I had to choose what the most unexpected question they asked it would have to be where else have you interviewed and what was the other company's interview process like.

Interview
Pretty quick and simple process. I applied online after meeting the recruiter on campus and then got an email about an on campus interview a couple of weeks later. The interview seemed to go pretty smooth and it was your basic interview questions. No question was too technical or out of the ordinary. I got the job after!
Interview Questions
Standard interview questions...
Run me through your resume?
Why did you apply for this position?
Do you have excel and modeling experience?
What is a strategy?
Do you have any experience working with a culturally diverse team?
These are some of the questions I can remember. The process was relatively simple and I felt very comfortable speaking with the interviewer. They had a major focus on company values and company fit so I spoke a lot about this subject and how important those matters were to me.
