Interview
First round was a phone conversation with the MD.

A week or so afterwards they requested that I take an Excel modeling test. Modeling test was 2.5 hours and provided Argus cash flows (certain items in the cash flows were missing for you to fill in) for you to then model out an acquisition deal. The deal was fairly straight forward and required you to derive a purchase price to return >25% IRR. Test also had a second unrelated portion to work through a few RE calculations and return metrics.

BRC additionally send over a PI behavioral assessment. Assessment takes approximately 6-10 minutes and is looking for you to present characteristics required for the job and then characteristics of yourself.
Interview Questions
Phone interview was very informal and primarily used to get to know my background, experience, why I wanted to make the switch to the owner/operator side, etc. The MD additionally made it clear that the position would be intensive and high pressure at times.
