Senior Analyst

The process consisted in several interviews with associates and VPs. There were 3 rounds with associates, 3 rounds with VPs, 1:1 with the staffer.

Interview with associates consisted in technical questions and few fit questions. The technicals were related valuation (FCFE, FCFF, DDM and multiples), model walk through related to my experience, mainly in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Question related to valuation, they basically asked why and when we use FCFF, FCFE.
Modeling questions: walk through a revenue and opex, sector expenses of an renewable generation (HPP, Solar and wind generators), Healthcare sector (hospitals, insurance operators, Diagnostic Medicine)
Interview with VPs consisted in few technical questions, more fit questions and why I wanted to move from my current position to Bradesco BBI because I was in my third analyst with a certain promotion to associate moving to another bank to become a 2nd year analyst. All in all, they knew that move made sense because I was moving to larger bank with greater dealflow
