Interview
I applied on the Brandeis job board in March of 2021. About one month later I received an email from the hiring manager to schedule a one on one interview with one of the investment analysts at Brandeis. This interview was mostly behavioral, but I was required to read an article about electric busing and its pros and cons so that I could discuss my thoughts in an interview. About two days later I received another email from the same analyst scheduling me to meet with the Chief Investment Officer. This second interview took place about two weeks later, all behavioral (why this position, what can you bring, what are you hoping to get out of it. The following week I received an offer.
