Applied through campus recruiting website and was selected for a first round interview at the career center. Was invited to fly to San Diego to meet the rest of the team. There is a dinner the day before the "superday". The superday consisted of just meeting many research analysts, and talking about why Brandes, why investment management, why value investing. There were a few case studies about how to value different businesses, as well as a written case assignment, and a written accounting test.
