First Year Analyst

Brentwood only recruits on campus at a handful of schools - primarily Vanderbilt. At those schools, you go through on-campus recruiting and then a super day. If you don't go to one of those schools, the firm is good about responding to email inquiries about hiring. If you appear to be a fit and the timing is right, they'll bring people in directly for office interviews. You meet partners, associates and analysts during the interview process. Questions are a good mix of fit and technical questions.
