The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Typically, the entire process takes about a month. The recruiter here simply wanted to have a good conversation and wanted an individual who was social and considerate, and not really focused on technicals or much on the job itself. The following interview with the hiring manager was also a phone call which only took about 10 minutes. The questions asked were not technical but more about my experience, why I want the role and what I can provide that no other candidate can. The last interview was a phone call with the team, the hiring manager, RM and other analyst if they have one. Easy typical questions, technical questions, experience and situational questions.
Interview Questions
None were difficult or unexpected. I didn’t get asked many questions, they seemed busy at the time so the interview didn’t last long.

Tell me about yourself?

Tell me about a time you were in a stressful situation and how did you overcome it?

Questions regarding the financial statements, like where can we get depreciation?

Tell me something that is going on in the economy that is critical?

Why Bridge Bank and how did you hear about the bank?

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?

Do you have any questions for us?
