Interview
I had a phone interview at first, then several weeks later, participated in an in-person interview with 4 members of the company.
Interview Questions
They pulled out an Excel spreadsheet and I had to learn several Excel functions on the spot. Ex. "How do you find the total revenue?" "How do you find the total profit?" "Calculate the annual change in revenue from this year to that year." The questions weren't so much about what what I previously knew, but more aout how quickly I could pick things up--essentially, testing if you would be able to work while thrown into the deep end of a fast-paced real estate environment. They walked you through the case.
