Interview
I originally found this boutique firm through a posting on my school's website. I had 3 phone interviews with them, with an analyst, associate, and MD. All the phone interviews were fairly similar, describing my qualifications and answering a few technical questions, although nothing too complicated. After my third interview, the MD told me that they were only looking for unpaid interns, I focused my attention elsewhere.
