Interview
Phone screen with the recruiter to get on same page and more as a smell test to see if you're a good fit for role and overall culture. Longer screen with hiring manager afterwards about previous experiences and personality. Prior to final round, sent over materials to peruse through about culture and etc. Those are informative for overall process. Onsites: case study and then more 2-4 more behavioral interviews for culture fit and personality fit.
Interview Questions
Culture-fit questions: they will tear you down or throw unconventional responses and answers at you to see if you're more of a growth mindset thinker or a fixed mindset thinker. (e.g. What are your actual weaknesses? -- No masked strength answers portrayed as weaknesses; they just wanna know if you're actually a person and if you can learn and grow and they'll assess those dimensions of your personality by tearing you down and pointing out flaws to see how you'll likely react if actually given the job). Basically, cult initiation.

Interview
Zoom interview with two company employees. Was one of the weirdest interviews I've ever had. It was centered around a philosophical discussion of a random subject matter that I had barely ever thought about before the interview. I'm curious how this type of interview works for them -- seems to benefit philosophy majors/debate team individuals over students who may be smarter/have stronger financial knowledge.

Interview
Contacted by a recruiter for an off cycle analyst position at Bridgewater Associates. The overall process lasted less than 3 weeks. The initial interview was conducted through the phone, the first pet was behavioral. The second part consisted of 2 brain teasers. A week after I was invited to the Connecticut office for a 3 round interview where I was asked to demonstrate my finance, and software skills. The last interview is more of a talk about the principal, how Dalio envision the company, and how would you deal with certain types of situations in a workplace.
Interview Questions
Perhaps the talk about work place culture where they put you into hypothetical situations that makes you feel uncomfortable.
