The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview

Went through the process initially with OCI at my University.

First round was a 1 on 1 with a mid level executive.

Second round was a round (5 to be specific) of interviews consisting of 2-3 mid - partner level managemnet lasting about half of the day.

Interview Questions

The most unexpected or difficult questions were not necessarily the technical ones (they consisted of basic breakdown and explanation of Enterprise Value to a company's net debt change after it issues certain bonds and its respective changes to the balance sheet), but behavioral as they all seemed to lead off with seemingly harmless conversations about certain movies that they have seen recently or certain interview horror stories to again, seemingly ease the tension of the interviewee and it is easy to let oneself get too casual.
If a widget company issues $100mm of bonds to finance their operations, which section of the cash flow statement would this transaction fall under?

How would you explain your rather relatively lower GPA?

Interview

It was fairly easy and a traditional IB interview experience. However, the were critical on why "Broadhaven."

Interview Questions

This was a 1st round interview and the questions were pretty straight forward. The following were asked:

Walk me through a DCF?
Why Broadhaven? More specifically, why smaller M&A shop like us compared to a larger Bulge Bracket firm?
Walk me through your resume. As such, what brought your to your current university.

This pretty much encompassed the half hour interview with more specific questions focused on my previous experiences and relevant school course load, such as accounting and finance courses.

Interview

Applied online, recruiter called to confirm my information. Nothing difficult, a week later, associate reached out to me to schedule a phone interview. Fairly straightforward interview, a mix of technicals and behavorials.

Interview Questions

There were no unexpected questions I didn't prep for. However, was asked several brainteasers that were pretty simple. Make sure you know your probability questions, ie. if there were 10 people, how many ways can they sit around a circular table. Other than that question which was sort of tricky, the other brainteasers were not hard. Technicals were simple too, know how to derive FCFF, and be able to talk about what discount rates to use when doing valuations. THe questions were open ended, so it really depends on where you take it.

Interview

Applied on campus, phone interview with HR, and was invited to on-campus interview with analyst and associate. Did not get invited to super day. Interview was easy, not so much technicals, mostly fit and talking about your summer experience. Laid-back.

Interview Questions

The interview was not hard, mostly about fit. Not so much about technicals, if you know your basic DCF questions, you should be good. They asked me a lot about my deal experience, since I had an IB internship, but that may not apply. Also prepare to answer why u didn't get an return offer.
Tell me about your deal experience?
Are you familiar with DCF Analysis?
How does capital structure affect cost of equity?
What is something interesting about you?
Tell me your 3 weaknesses related to work?
Why did you not get a return offer.
