The entire process was very straightforward and relatively casual. First they touch base over email. There is then a phone interview and a final in person interview on sight.
Interview Questions
One of the hiring officers has a reputation for asking somewhat unrelated riddles toward the end of the in-person interview process. The point of this exercise is to see how well you can think on your feet on a problem you would never have been exposed to before. These are different each time, but generally involve basic logic and math skills.

Otherwise, there is a significant emphasis placed on you resume and educational experiences. They like to see how these experiences will related to the work. In this, that ask many behavioral style questions (i.e. what would you do in x situation given this experience).
