This was for the Real Estate Credit group. I was reached out to by a HH and was scheduled to do a video interview with an Associate over Teams for the first round. After was a mini-superday of meeting 5 interviewers over Teams at the VP level followed by a case study and final round.
Interview Questions
Nothing was very difficult or unexpected. I was asked about background, deal experience, why Brookfield, where I think interesting opportunities are today, and why real estate credit.

Went through an initial 2 calls with an HR rep. All very basic behaviourals designed to get to know you. Then got invited to an in-person interview in the city, only one round, again all behavioural.
Interview Questions
None were very hard at all, but I was asked how I would improve the firm as a whole. This question took up a solid chunk of the interview.
