Interview
The interview process was relatively straight forward. First, I had a general phone screen/networking call with an analyst which was a way to test personality and fit I'm assuming. Next, I had another phone call with technical questions, followed by an in-person Superday visit with ~ 5 other candidates.
Interview Questions
The interview process was relatively straight forward. In terms of the most difficult question, I was asked about the impacts of an inventory write off on the three financial statements. Interview Questions
There really wasn't much unexpected or difficult. It was a lot of digging through my resume and answering questions about my experiences. They made it clear they weren't extending full-time offers for us and this was just to be an unpaid internship.
