Interview Questions
Why do investment banking professionals use the 10 year US bond instead of the 30 year US bond for the calculation of the risk free rate in the CAPM? Doesn't it make more sense to use the 30 year rate as the risk free rate since we are calculating a terminal value?

I answered by saying that the 10 year bond is more liquid than the 30 year bond so that is why we use that 10 year bond rate for the CAPM calculation.

Why our boutique firm over a more structured program? What were some of our latest deals? Company is private so finding deal data was harder than usual.
