Interview
Interview process consisted of a phone interview with several technical questions, followed by a several week wait, and then a superday.
Interview Questions
No out of the box questions. The phone interview consisted of fit and story questions, as well as the following technical questions: Walk me through the income statement, How do you get FCF in a DCF, How well do ou know Excel / Powerpoint, How would you evaluate a business investment absent the valuation models.

The position was an off cycle analyst opportunity, and the superday consisted of 6 candidates. I was interviewed by about 7 people, half MDs and management and the rest younger. There was a simple case study and a few technical questions by the younger bankers, but mostly discussion around background, cultural fit.
