I went to Russell building several times to meet with sales head, client executive, hiring manager and other associates. The questions were not particularly hard. If you know your resume, your achievements, and why you want to be here. During many convos with other associates after I was hired, we talked about how sales head likes to throw random questions to assess your personality. There is no right or wrong tho.

In the application you must complete a 1500 word report on why you should not invest in a certain company that they give you almost three weeks before the deadline. After submitting, I was contacted a week later for a phone interview. The questions asked were more unconventional. They really try to test your business thinking rather than just answers from the guides. Only basic accounting knowledge is required. Also asked some questions about your report like your thought process, what surprised you, whether or not you would choose to invest in the company if you were not asked to write about why not to invest.
