The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Interview process is fairly simple:

1. First you go through phone process that goes over the general behavioral bits of the process (why, what we are, how did you hear of us)
2. Then you are pushed through to a group evaluation - it's done so in a way to determine whether or not you understand basic merchandising
3. Third behavioral/cases are done so that they hone in on your exact reasons for the company and why you'd like to work here.
Interview Questions
Possibly the most difficult is how you would answer the FQBP questions. Most merchandising arms will have a quality check of potential goods before you purchase big buys - Burlington is no different. Almost all buys are graded on fashion, quality, brand, and price - each one scores up to 4. If the score is fewer than 12, then the item might go to the wayside; anything above is a go. For pack items that might go into the inventory, the fashion (variable) aspect is then removed so that you are forced to at least get more than a 10.
