C3:23Capital is an investment management company and registered investment advisor that manages separately managed accounts (SMAs) for both institutional and retail clients. C3:23Capital focuses on long-term capital preservation and appreciation through investing in the traditional sense: purchasing the common stock of great companies when they are trading at a discount to what they are worth – and thinking like an owner of the business both during research and while holding. Our investment decisions are driven by patience, common sense, risk aversion and liberal research.

Our structure:

In an effort to allocate capital in the most simple and transparent way, we manage assets in what are called ‘separately managed accounts’. In this structure clients are able to retain the account in their name at a third party, view all day-to-day activity and cancel the service at anytime.
