Very solid healthcare practice and very organized "HR" function. Main person running the search is a former banker.
Overall, professionals were impressive. The firm stressed longevity and that they were not an over hire over fire business model. Analysts and Associates did get technical questions due to the nature of their work. At the VP level, the considerations revolved around the strategy of dealing with potential buyers during a sell-side, being able to write the CIM, manage clients and potential to generate new business.
Very organized, timely and efficient.
