PE - Operating partnerships Intern

First step of the interview is going through the Hirevue where they basically ask you four questions and you need to record an answer. From memory the questions are:
- Talk about your background and how it relates to this role.
- What interests you in this position?
- Talk about your strenghts and weaknesses.
- Talk about your biggest accomplishment.

Once I passed the Hirevue there was only one round of interview and I received a phonecall 2 hours later saying that I was hired, so it's a very quick process.

The interview was very lowkey. We talked about the following:
- Present yourself
- What do you look at when assessing a company?
- If you had five slides to present a company what would be the tittle of the slides
- Small "case" where they presented me a fictional company and their plans to expand into a new sector. I was there to advise the CFO on things to look at. (Basically if it was a good idea or not and what I would at to get to my conclusion)
- Overall discussion on what I think make business great

Important to note that they're nearly exclusively looking for 8-month internships.
