Started off with a recruiter doing a screening over the phone, we then scheduled a Zoom interview where we spoke for over an hour, everything seemed great and she expressed interest and promised to schedule a second interview. I was able to answer all behavioral questions with ease and really blew her away with my knowledge of the firm and past experience. After the Zoom meeting ended 2 weeks go by and at this point I already sent 2 follow-ups. Nothing. Completely ghosted. Unprofessional. If they were not interested or found a better fit at least notify and dont leave the candidate hanging in the dark.
