Interview
Lengthy, but not extremely difficult. Some interviewers are worried about technicals and ensuring that you have the ability and skills to succeed, while others will be more interested in fit.
Interview Questions
Calculate the current price of our stock in comparison to our competitors. How would our stock be performing against others? Other technicals were finance-related, what is Beta, walk me through an LBO. Things of the like. The program is rotational so the interviews are with managers in various departments. These people are all focused on different aspects of the job. May get questions about finance, risk, accounting, etc... depending on who interviews and the like. Be sure to have at least a basic understanding.

Interview
Incredibly laid back and easy interview process. Interviewers were very nice and the environment was quite friendly. Pure behavioral and questions with no technicals. Interviewers just wanted to see if I was a good fit with the team.
Interview Questions
Probably the most difficult interview question was how did you hear about the bank and what do you know about the bank. During my prep I was not really prepared to answer the how did you hear about us, but the what do you know about the bank question was expected. The difficult part of that question was purely putting together a cohesive answer without going on too long. Also, the interviewers asked me what other firms I was interviewing for which I was not expecting as well. Overall, not too difficult.
