It was good long 3 month hiring process. Phone Interview consisted of going through my resume. Questions asked were quite difficult.
Interview Questions
I first applied online for the quant trader position. After resume review, I got emailed a link to a one hour online assessment about machine learning algorithms and some other math problems. Following that, I was scheduled for a technical phone screen with probability problems and some mental math.
