Interview

First it consisted of 4 individual 1 on 1 interviews that lasted one hour each. First with the hiring manager, then the HR rep for the group, then another Senior Manager, and finally the VP Controller. After a few weeks I got a call offering me the position, which was contingent on passing a drug screening.

Tell us about a time where you had work on a team with someone you did not agree with, and how it went.

I spoke about a project in school where one of the group and I wanted to go about the project in two different directions, and how we ended up hashing everything out and split up the project in a way we both could be in charge of respective areas and still work together...we ended up getting an A.
Tell us about a time that you faced adversity and how you overcame the situation.

I told them about a time I tore a few ligaments in my knee in highschool, but still ended up playing college football.
