Applied online through Indeed, about a week before I was contacted by a member of their investment banking team who set up a zoom interview about a week from that day.

Questions were:
* Walk me through your resume
* Why the school you went to
* Why investment banking, do you know about the lifestyle/ what’s involved
* Any weaknesses I should know about
* What is Enterprise Value (how do you calculate it)
* Why is minority interest included in enterprise value
* What are characteristics of preferred shares
* What are the three financial statements and how do they relate
* Do you know how a hydrogen fuel cell works(said no one knew this one)
* If a company had a p/e of 5 and acquired a company with a p/e of 10 would it be accretive or dilutive
* What could they do to make it accretive
* What are the three main valuation methods
* Which of the three would produce the highest valuation and why
* What are some common valuation ratios
* How would you value an energy company
* What are your hobbies
* Do you have any questions for me

Found out I didn't get the role through email about two weeks after this.
