Please describe the interview / hiring process.
A friend at uni was lectured by one of the partners, and so I emailed the partner out of the blue. He set up an interview for me 3 days later. The interview started with a 1 on 1 interview with one of the analysts, who asked me brainteaser questions. 200 divided by 7, what is the square root of 0.1, and what is the degree between the hour and minute hands at quarter past 9. Then a more senior analyst came in, and we had a general discussion about healthcare consulting, it was more of a discussion than interview. He liked that I was motivated and showed interest, but NO TECHNICAL QUESTIONS WERE ASKED.
