Interview
My interview process started with the head of HR, who was very nice and thorough. When he approved of me, he passed me on the woman who's position I would be filling for another interview. I was called back just a few days later for an interview with the Partner I would be directly reporting to. He was friendly and very conversational. Work culture seems almost like a family, however, everyone is very focused.
