Interview
Got called by a recruiter to see if I was interested. I went along for the practise of interviewing.

They figured a test engineering position fit my background best. Had a 1 on 1 interview with the manager of the test engineering department. Very low level questions. 'Case study ' asked me how I would go about testing a calculator for a client.

Got an offer after.
Interview Questions
To tell them how I would test a calculator for them that had certain restrictions (can't remember the exact specifics) and estimate how long it would take to deliver a report.

45-minute case interview that seemed fairly easy compared to other Big 4/Tier 2 interviews. This was immediately followed by a 45-minute behavioral interview. Pretty standard questions there as well. It was all conducted over zoom.
Interview Questions
At the end of the case, the interviewee wanted a 5-minute summary/recommendation, and I did not think was too normal. I was used to giving short summaries at the end of a case.

3 rounds :
- the first one was a 1 hour call with a HR. We talked about my experience and my studies. He also check my knowledge on the firm + my ability to speak english.
- the second one was a 1 hour and half meeting with a senior consultant. We talked about my experiences, we did a scenario and we did a case study.
- the third one was a call with a VP. It was a 1-hour long fit where we talked about the company, my position, the missions...

I got the contact through my university and the planning was very smooth : I tell them my availability and they respond within the day to propose me a slot. They also called me 2 or 3 days after each interview to give me a feedback.

First Round - One on-campus, one on one interview (30 min) organized through on campus recruiting at school.

Second Round - In office 2 hour interview. 2x 30min behavioral plus 1x 30min case interview. All IT focused.
Interview Questions
There were no unexpected or particularly difficult questions. All standard interview questions about the company, culture, industry and why you are a fit here. Simple behavioral questions about the strengths, weaknesses, personal brand.

Most of the interview was casual and off script with a focus on company/cultural fit and whether or not both sides are a match for each other. Plenty of opportunities for asking questions and being able to do some interviewing of the firm in return. Smooth process.

Interview
First round was a personal fit interview. Laid backed and chilled atmosphere with all the typical HR questions. Second round was case, little information and you have to make a lot of assumptions.
Interview Questions
The most difficult was the case interview. It was a little different than typical case interviews as you got only one exhibit, i.e. only one graph with information. Then you got 5 minutes to structure your thoughts, and then the interviewers would come back for 15 minutes so that you could as questions. But the replies of the questions were often vague and you didn't receive any more exhibits, only numbers right away from the interviewer. On many of the questions I asked they didn't even have an answer, so you had to make many assumptions.

Interview
I had a pretty relaxing interview process.
The analyst who interviewed me was very friendly
Involved basic behavioral questions
Interview Questions
There weren't too many difficult questions to be honest. As I said before, a lot of the questions were strictly behavioral such as tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what do you like to do for fun, etc. Though, I would say that of the questions asked, the most difficult question was why are you interested in IT consulting specifically. So i would have a good answer to that. I basically just said I was interested in IoT and understand that technology is moving toward the cloud so I want to be part of that.

Through university recruiting, submitted resume on job portal. Heard back a few weeks later. Phone interview with a project manager and then invited for onsite interview. Onsite interview consisted of three back to back interviews: one behavioral, one case, and one problem solving based interview.
Interview Questions
Was asked to code during interview. The code was to write a script that could find the factorial of any number. This was unexpected because the interview was for a business analyst role, so I did not expect or prepare for coding based questions. In addition the interviewer wanted me to use python to write the script, but was not that familiar with python to do so. Would have liked it if the interviewer provided more clarity as to why coding was important for this position since it was not in the job description.

Met the recruiting team on campus and submitted my application online.
Got a call to set up onsite interview
Interview Questions
Nothing particularly hard. Two behavioral interviews with two different managers. Mostly focused on my resume and typical behavioral questions (strengths, why hire you, etc.). There wasn't even a case interview, which was surprising given the face that the role I was apply for was consultant position. Because the firm was IT consulting, the manager asked me how I feel about learning new programs and being able to create a model for solutions. The technical manager explained that they mostly use java.

There was a one on one case and a behavorial interview. After the first interview on campus, you then have a second interview on site. Then there is a third presentation case for the final interview.
Interview Questions
Overall the interviewer was a real jerk. Didn't smile at all and wasn't friendly when answering my questions.
